“I started the business alone in April 2010 as a sole trader. As of January 2014 we have over 12 virtual assistants contracted to PA Business Support. As a company we offer clients virtual assistant support in both business and lifestyle. The concept is simple; we work with a variety of clients who want to reduce their admin burden and increase their time on fee-earning work and in essence, make their lives easier. We specialise in offering personal support as a one-stop shop and have team members that are gurus in their field of marketing, digital branding, executive assistant services and lifestyle planning.
PA Business Support works smartly and efficiently. Each of our virtual assistants has their own office set-up at home and we offer both flexible working to both the client and the virtual assistant. This approach works well from a company that has very little overheads and in turn we want to provide the same business model to our clients. The client receives the same level of support as they would from an in-house personal assistant but without the employer responsibilities.
I am proud of what I have built since sitting in my bedroom at my mum’s house, aged 25. The business is growing, turnover is increasing and I feel positive we are moving in the right direction of providing efficient and cost-effective working for our clients.”
