Applying for jobs during a pandemic is a daunting process, and truthfully, recruitment agencies aren’t stepping up to the plate. I find that I would have one phone call with a recruiter and my CV was most likely tossed into the abyss of thousands of others who are struggling to find work during these difficult times. Emails would be left unanswered, and they weren’t chasing up applications when I chased them up. It was exhausting and demoralising.  That changed when I came across PA Business Support. The recruitment process with Sophie was stellar from the very first email all the way through to my job offer – and further!  To refer to Sophie as simply a recruiter is underselling her – PA Business Support is invested in their clients as well as their candidates and they go out of the way to take the time to get to know you. I felt like Sophie was actually a support system during my recruitment process – I spoke with her daily, she was always available to chat, discuss the role and answer my questions, and the communication was absolutely second to none.
