Our speciality is business and personal support roles. This could be anything from a Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant (EA), Private Family PA, Administrator or Office Manager. There are many other support positions we recruit for, so do please connect with us to discuss your own requirements.

Yes, we work globally and have most recently placed in Dubai and the Netherlands. Please do let us know if you’d like to talk to us about our international recruitment process.

Our fees per placement are 23% + VAT.  This is a percentage of the first year’s salary

If you have a plan over the next 12 months for a recruitment drive, then we would be delighted to work with you on a reduced retainer package or even discuss your preferred supplies list. Please do let us know when we first speak, and we can discuss in detail.

Placement fees are invoiced on the candidate start date and payable within 10 working days.

We pride ourselves on being efficient, but we also know that sometimes it takes a little longer to find special people. We always estimate between 2 and 6 weeks for a full campaign and we will keep you fully briefed along the way.

Each process may be slightly different depending on your requirements. During our consultation call we will discuss where you are with your hiring process and how we might run a campaign for a particular role. We can then discuss the role or roles you are looking to fill in more detail. 

As business partners we work together on all client projects, so whether it’s Sophie or Sabina you deal with, please be assured we both will be involved from the beginning and therefore fully briefed on the position. If you’d like to know more about us then please click here.

In today’s market we don’t have to meet candidates. All our candidate consultations are completed via video call and the relevant checks are carried out behind the scenes.

We can always support and offer advice on interview processes – it’s what we do and we’re good at it. If you are looking for guidance on this, then please do let us know when we first speak

Once you have offered and a candidate has accepted then we collate the references for you to contact directly. If you’d like us to do this on your behalf there is a small fee for handling this admin.

We would be delighted to introduce ourselves to you in person at your offices – however we often encourage a video call to kick things off.

Once we have agreed terms and had our consultation call to discuss a job spec, there’s nothing else you need to do! We take all the admin out of your hands. We simply select the best candidates and present their CV and bios to you, leaving you to choose who you would like to interview.
