Alison Page of ACP Marketing offers marketing support and creative management services to SME’s in Herts, Beds and Bucks who are either unable or unwilling to commit to a full-time marketing resource. Alison kindly offered to write a blog for us on virtual marketing and whether it’s really possible:
Wikipedia defines marketing as ‘the process of communicating the value of a product or service to customers.’ There is no magic wand, but adherence to the basic principles of marketing will significantly enhance its effectiveness.
So P is for Principle?
Actually no… the marketing mix traditionally consisted of four P’s – Product, Price, Place and Promotion. It has now increased to seven adding People, Process and Physical (evidence).
At Alison Page Marketing, we consider all seven in our approach to your marketing.
We work with people who are engaged with their business and passionate about what they do. Moreover, we are flexible, catering to your needs rather than the other way around. Our belief is simple; we work with you and within your budget and resources to deliver the best possible campaigns in order to achieve the best possible results, based upon an agreed set of objectives.
How does it work?
We work closely with our clients to identify their real needs, presenting and implementing a marketing plan, which offers practical and affordable solutions. Our services include marketing strategy and planning, copywriting, PR and branding, advertising and media booking, social media, email marketing and event management.
Some of our clients require a virtual marketing department, others the flexibility of knowing they can pick up the phone, as and when required, for specific project work, however big or small. We work with sole traders who simply require a monthly client newsletter through to companies employing circa 100 people, who require a full service agency.
